At Dartmouth Learning Network, one of our favorite things is to hear about our adult learners' successes, big and small. This week, we received the following note from a gentleman who accessed our one-to-one tutoring services to upgrade his math so that he could gain acceptance to NSCC's welding program.
Just reaching out to let you know my welding program is going great and I am loving it.
I want to thank you and my tutor again for all the help you gave me. Today I wrote my first math test and only got one question wrong and as soon as I saw it I knew exactly what I did wrong. The test was on fractions and was exactly what my tutor and I were working on.
Thanks again for all the help. I am extremely grateful and don't know if I would be where I'm at without it.
